Building a luxury home is probably not the first thing you would think of, but that’s exactly what Todd Miller of the architecture firm ZeilgerBuild did by designing a three storey, 557 square-metre home located in Graceville Australia. These large shipping containers are typically used to freight goods between countries, and often do not leave our shores once they arrive. The idea of recycling these containers into a habitable space, has been increasing in recent years, mainly overseas, it is great to see our own home grown variety gracing our shores in such grand proportions. In September 2012, a $7000 FHOG was superseded by a $15,000 Great Start Grant for first home buyers.
