Dennis Family Homes has revealed two new display centres in Cranbourne, in Melbourne’s south east. A total of four new homes are spread across two land estate display villages at The Hunt Club and in the neighbouring Livingston Estate in Cranbourne East.
Featuring home designs the Brookdale 242 and Waterford 232, in The Hunt Club. The Cosgrove 292 and The Hastings 242 designs are in the Livingston Estate.
“We have selected four very popular, high quality designs for our two new displays centres which are conveniently located in close proximity to another. Both centres can be easily viewed in the same visit,” Dennis Family Homes Area Manager – Metro South, Garth Kennedy said.
From the Inspirations Series the Brookdale design is for construction on blocks with a minimum width of 14 metres, whilst the Waterford can be constructed on 12.5 metre blocks.
Both display homes showcase the variety of optional features available including Caesarstone benchtops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The Brookdale displays a widened island bench in the kitchen and a feature sliding door providing access to the alfresco from the family room. The Waterford has bi-fold doors to the meals area and family room with retractable flyscreens, a bi-fold kitchen servery window and external decking to the side of the home.
Just nearby in the Livingston Estate are the Cosgove and Hastings Designs, also from the Dennis Family Homes Inspirations Series.
The Cosgrove which can be constructed on a 16 metre block is perfectly suited to the larger family, with four bedrooms with walk-in- robes. Many optional extra are also on display, including a Colorbond roof, stone benchtop and mirrored splashback in the kitchen, a special fit-out to the kitchen pantry, the inclusion of a skylight in both the kitchen and bathroom, along with timber bi-fold doors leading to an expanded rear alfresco, a brilliant design.
Finally, The Hastings which is suited to a 14 metre block, and is very popular with first home buyers or empty nesters. One of the most popular features of the standard Hastings floor plan is the light and bright open study/play area near the kids’ bedrooms which feels like its own wing of the house.
Both Displays are open from 1-5pm on weekdays and 12-5pm on weekends.
