Alexia.com has ranked MyPackage.com.au as the second most popular Real Estate Website for the category of "most visited sites in all 'Real Estate' " (Victoria). The ranking (based on a combined measure of page views and users) posted an increase of 620,410 to 1,747,584; an increase of 35.5% for the 3 month average. You can view the rankings Here

Strategic Alliance - Melbourne Land and Homes magazine.
In a move to deliver more choice to consumers MyPackage & Melbourne Land and Homes (MLH) have formed a strategic alliance to deliver more content through web and printed mediums. MyPackage will provide MLH a "Powered by" component for their website enabling visitors to research and explore House & Land Packages. In reciprocation, MHL are providing MyPackage the ability to showcase House & Land Packages within the magazine. This alliance will now see a range of House & Land Packages featured within the Melbourne Land & Homes Magazine each edition. The alliance also paves the way for both company's to effectively reach more homebuyers. |

Home buyers looking for a New Home without the building phase will soon have the option to research Homes under construction or ready for immediate sale. An initiative by MyPackage will collate spec, ex display and completed homes on one website for the first time in Australia. Due for release during the first quarter of 2007, the New Homes and Apartments for sale section will assist those looking for a New Home without the wait.
